If you are dissatisfied with a delivered arrangement, please notify Zezzle Customer Care within 24 hours (photos may be requested). You may receive a prompt replacement or a partial Zezzle credit valid for 12 months; where a bank refund applies, it is returned only to the original payment method.
On‑time delivery commitment applies, however delays outside our control (force majeure, access restrictions, severe traffic/weather) are excluded from compensation.
If recipient information is incorrect or incomplete, Zezzle is not responsible for refunds or compensation arising from delays or delivery to the wrong person/address. Zezzle is not liable if the recipient refuses the gift/arrangement.
If an order is cancelled 24 hours or more before the start of the selected delivery slot—or if the recipient refuses prior to confirming the delivery location and before we begin preparation—Zezzle will use best efforts to process your cancellation, which may be eligible for a 100% refund.
However, once we receive your request, our team often begins preparing and coordinating premium flowers and gifts to ensure on‑time delivery; for orders already in preparation or out for delivery, cancelling may be difficult or not possible, and any refund (if applicable) may be partial based on the order’s status at the time of the request.
In rare circumstances, Zezzle may have to cancel your order. You will be eligible for a full bank refund or Zezzle credit (at Zezzle’s discretion) if we cannot confirm/deliver the order, the recipient’s address is outside our delivery zone, a product is not available, or for any reason we are unable to process your order and cannot source a suitable replacement after contacting you.
If your order has been fully prepared and we are unsuccessful in reaching you or the recipient in a timely manner, or we have attempted delivery more than three (3) times within 48 hours, we may cancel the order without refund.
We will accommodate where possible. If preparation has not begun, you may reschedule the delivery up to 7 days from the original date. Once preparation starts, rescheduling is limited to one change within 24 hours of the original slot—subject to availability, potential re‑delivery fees, and stricter limits during peak periods or for custom/special‑order items to preserve product freshness and quality.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method or as Zezzle credit.

By posting Contributions, you grant Zezzle an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non‑exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works for any purpose connected with Zezzle’s business. You represent you own/control the rights and, to the extent allowed, waive moral rights. Zezzle may edit/re‑categorize/remove Contributions.
Zezzle Products—including flowers/pollen, foods, beverages, cosmetics, and accessories—may contain or come into contact with allergens beyond those identified on product pages. Cross‑contact can occur during handling, preparation, packaging, or delivery. Customers with known allergies should exercise caution and, if risk exists, refrain from ordering products that could compromise health. Zezzle cannot guarantee allergen‑free environments or products. By placing an Order, you agree Zezzle shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or related harms.
During delivery, the Products will be delivered only to the recipient name/address specified in your Order, unless alternate instructions are provided (e.g., concierge, reception). You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details are accurate and accessible. Invalid, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses may lead to delays, re‑delivery fees, or cancellation without refund where applicable.
Zezzle may terminate or suspend access (with or without notice) for any reason, including violations of these Terms or legal requirements, or for security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Platforms ceases immediately. Outstanding obligations (payments, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities) survive.
Except for personally identifiable information covered by the Privacy Policy, materials you transmit or post are non‑confidential/non‑proprietary. Zezzle and its designees may copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate, adapt, or otherwise use such material for commercial or non‑commercial purposes.

Usernames are unique; passwords must be kept confidential and can be changed anytime. You are responsible for all activities under your account. If unauthorized activity is suspected, change your password and notify Zezzle immediately.
Products: Subject to mandatory consumer law, Zezzle’s total liability is limited to the total price paid. Any loss, damage, or quality issue must be reported within seven (7) days with supporting photos or inspection. Zezzle shall not be liable for loss of profit, business interruption, or any indirect/special/consequential losses. Platforms: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zezzle and its affiliates disclaim all warranties and are not liable for errors, interruptions, defects, viruses, or any damages of any kind.
