Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy (UAE)

Because flowers are fresh and perishable, we treat quality with the highest priority. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—swiftly and fairly.

1) Fresh Flowers & Arrangements
Quality Promise: If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Resolution Options: We’ll arrange a free replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and your preference.
Natural Variation: Minor variations in color or bloom stage may occur due to seasonality; this is not considered a defect.

2) Vases, Décor & Non-perishable Items
Returns Window: Unused, resale-condition items (e.g., ceramic/glass vases) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Defects/Damage: If damaged or faulty on arrival, notify us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement/refund.
Exclusions: Custom-made items and used or damaged goods not due to our courier handling are not returnable.

3) Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes/Cancellations: Accepted up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time for standard products. For custom designs or peak periods (e.g., Valentine’s, Mother’s Day), earlier cut-offs may apply.
After Cut-off: If preparation has begun or delivery is en route, cancellation may not be possible.

4) Delivery Issues
Recipient Unavailable/Wrong Address: We’ll contact you for instructions; re-delivery fees may apply. Quality may be affected if we cannot hand over on time.
Delayed Delivery (our fault): We’ll prioritize immediate redelivery or provide a suitable remedy (replacement/credit/refund).

5) Non-returnable Items
Customized/personalized designs, special-order items, and perishable flowers beyond 24 hours from delivery are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.
